Introducing an art pleated skirt whose beauty is accentuated in motion.

Art comes to life with the movement of your body. With every step, with every breeze, the pleats sway, and the skirt’s expression changes. The colors and shapes that appear with every turn add vibrancy to your attire.

The Expression of Art, Spreading 360 Degrees

This skirt is luxuriously tailored using plenty of fabric. While utilizing the original artwork's vertical and horizontal orientations, the art is placed sideways at the transitions, creating a structure where the art rotates with movement. A single original artwork reveals different expressions from every angle.

The Beauty of Irregularity, Born from the Hands of Artisans

The delicate pleats are not left solely to machines but are finished by hand.
The pleat widths are intentionally not uniform, mixing large and small to create depth and rhythm that avoids monotony. The process of meticulously weaving each pleat and fixing its shape requires time that is far from efficient. The uneven widths are not the result of aiming for perfection, but rather a profound, artistic expression with a sense of margin.

Consideration for Comfort

The waist features a full elastic band. This design reduces tightness while achieving both ease of movement and a beautiful silhouette. You can enjoy it not only for special occasions but also as an extension of your daily life.
We also recommend a set-up with a gown coat featuring the same art.

Yamanami Kobo

Born in 1994, resides in Shiga Prefecture, and has been a member of "Yamanami Kobo" since 2013. Her bag, which she always carries carefully, is filled with DVDs, CDs, and books of her favorite anime. When she takes out a coloring book from it, her usual artwork explanation begins. Most of her drawings are of "castles." She says she draws them inspired by the castles that appeared in girls' anime coloring books. The character colors of the three protagonists in the anime—pink, yellow, and light blue—are reflected in her works, primarily using these three colors. She systematically stacks triangles and squares, coloring them to build her castles.

Individual

Started creating art seriously after exhibiting at Art Brut Tachikawa in 2015. She uses various art materials such as paints, pastels, and colored pencils, and also creates collages and three-dimensional works using her own pieces as material. She loves music and travel, has been learning cello for over 20 years, and enjoys experiencing new places and cultures when traveling. She is not good at conversation but has no hesitation in joining groups of people. She served as the model for HERALBONY's key visual in 2023.
