Customer Service Closure

Closure period: December 30, 2025 (Tue) - January 4, 2026 (Sun)

We will continue to accept inquiries during the closure period, but replies from our staff will be handled sequentially from January 5, 2024 (Mon) onwards.
Our customer service automated chatbot will be available to answer questions during this period, so please feel free to use it.

Year-End and New Year Shipping Schedule

[Shipping of regular products (excluding the following 3 products, original artworks, and pre-order items)]

Shipping will be suspended on January 1, 2026, due to warehouse closure. Shipping will be available during other periods, but delivery may take longer than usual. Also, "same-day shipping" stated on the website may not be available. We appreciate your understanding.

[Smartphone Cases]

These products are manufactured to order, and the manufacturing and shipping operations are handled by CASEPLAY, the manufacturer.
Due to the manufacturer's year-end and New Year holidays, shipping will be affected during the following period:

・Orders paid by December 25 (Thu): Scheduled for shipping within the year
・Orders placed after the above date: Manufacturing and shipping will resume sequentially from January 9 (Fri)
※As these are made-to-order products, depending on the order status, it may take longer than usual for shipping even after operations resume.

CASEPLAY's inquiry desk, the manufacturer, will be closed from December 27 (Sat) to January 4 (Sun).
Inquiries received after 5:00 PM on December 26 (Fri) will be handled sequentially from January 5 (Mon).
