【HERALBONY|IWATEYA】 choco nanbu MAGIC

Choco nanbu MAGIC was born from a collaboration between Komatsu Seika, a long-established company in Ninohe City, Iwate Prefecture, and Heralbony.

This magnificent chocolate bar features crushed Nambu senbei (rice crackers) sprinkled with freeze-dried strawberries, raspberries, and passion fruit, and is made with 100% Green Cacao, known as "cacao that creates the Amazon forest."

For the 2026 model, the packaging has been renewed and switched to a paper package.

The package features an unpublished work titled "(Untitled)" by Kiyoshi Yaegashi, an artist from Kitakami City, Iwate Prefecture.

This piece is part of a series of architectural works that Yaegashi has been drawing for over 20 years. The rhythm of the lines, drawn without hesitation, quietly resonates with the colors sprinkled throughout the chocolate.

The cacao is from Tome-Açu, Brazil, grown using agroforestry methods that consider forest conservation and the livelihoods of producers.

With its fruity acidity and strong cacao flavor, this chocolate bar, along with the art, is sure to leave a lasting impression.

été × HERALBONY Chocolate Box

The été × HERALBONY Chocolat BOX is a collaboration between Natsuko Shoji, owner-chef of restaurant été, and Heralbony.

The box and shopper feature “My Father and the Starry Sky 2” by Heralbony contracted artist Haruka Asano.

This collaboration was born from Ms. Shoji’s desire to "become more involved in the world of people with disabilities" and Heralbony’s philosophy.

The six chocolates are designed to create a single flow, each with a different aroma and aftertaste.

Palet Cappuccino
A single piece that spreads the soft aroma of cappuccino and the richness of hazelnut praline. The mellowness the moment it touches the mouth and the lingering bitterness that remains in the aftertaste create a pleasant finish.

Mandarin
A refreshing citrus aroma spreading from a form mimicking an orange segment. Fruity ganache dissolves lightly, leaving brightness in the mouth.

Antilles
A single piece where the sweet aroma of coconut gently overlaps with gianduja kneaded with crushed almonds. The nutty aroma and a lingering tropical aftertaste spread gently.

Citron Vert
A refreshing dark ganache scented with lime. The rich flavor of cacao melts into a sharp acidity, leaving an elegant, subtly vanishing aftertaste.

Truffle Chocolat
70% cacao. Ganache made from West African cacao with a fruity acidity, thinly coated with aromatic Ecuadorian cacao dark chocolate. A deep flavor where the characteristics of the producing regions overlap.

Praline Caramel Salé
A single piece where the gentle saltiness of salted caramel melts with the fragrant flavor of hazelnut praline. The rounded richness that lingers behind the sweetness leaves an impression.

Each piece has a different expression, yet after finishing, it is a chocolate that remains in memory as a single lingering sensation.
