Nagasawa COFFEE, a coffee shop in Morioka, Iwate Prefecture, and Heralbony have developed an original blend of cold brew coffee.
Nagasawa COFFEE has created connections with people and local communities through coffee, while Heralbony has delivered "exceptional talent" to society.
The collaboration between these two companies has resulted in a unique flavor that arises from the blending of differences.

This time, our theme is "diversity." This blend combines beans grown in different regions, such as Guatemala, Bolivia, and Ethiopia.

It offers a balanced bitterness, acidity, and sweetness. Rather than one aspect dominating, the unique characteristics of each bean resonate with one another, creating a flavor that is comfortably suited for both morning and evening.

It's a one-of-a-kind blend that is also approachable for everyone. This is the Heralbony original blend, crafted to achieve both.

Nagasawa COFFEE and Heralbony

The relationship between Heralbony and Nagasawa COFFEE began in 2023 with the launch of drip bags. At that time, we endeavored to deliver healing, comfort, and enriching moments by adorning "KEEP SMILE BLEND"—a blend created with the desire to make coffee easily accessible even in evacuation shelters after the Great East Japan Earthquake—with art from four Heralbony contracted artists.

Subsequently, the in-store cafe at HERALBONY ISAI PARK began offering a Heralbony original blend developed in collaboration with Mr. Kazuhiro Nagasawa, representative of Nagasawa COFFEE. Mr. Nagasawa is also known for being selected as one of "20 people changing the world through coffee work" by the global coffee media "SPRUDGE" in 2019.

This blend, which has been enjoyed in stores, is now available in a form that allows for more freedom to enjoy it as cold coffee at home or on the go as summer approaches. This cold brew was born from that very progression.
