How exactly are the works of Kayano Tanida, which captivate so many people, created? We will now share a glimpse into her creative process and the secrets behind her art.

To draw is to tell.

Keiyano-san is not one to speak much. The works she creates are her unique new language, where her thoughts are tightly packed and layered within the canvas.

In Isai Tsushin, we introduce various episodes, including the behind-the-scenes stories of her popular artworks "How are you guys?" and "New Year's Eve in Chiang Mai," as well as what inspired her to start painting.

The brush follows the sound.

Music is an indispensable part of her creative process. The piece "I like music, I like dancing," as the title suggests, exquisitely balances dynamism and gentleness, as if colors are dancing to the music.

The expression of her works changes as if dancing, depending on the music she listens to. Isai Tsushin also introduces her recent favorite music.

Follow your heart, be bold.

When an image comes to Keiya-san, he exclaims, "This is it!" and swiftly proceeds with his brush. However, when he's not satisfied, he often paints over the canvas, erasing everything with vigorous strokes.

He then begins a new painting over the erased canvas. Trusting his own heart, the works born in this manner are filled with stories.

You never know when talent will bloom.

Mr. Keyano, who continues to create his own unique world, actually began his current creative activities around 2021.

"My mother says, 'If my old acquaintances knew that Keyano's art was developing in this way, they would surely be surprised.' 'Talent can blossom at any time. So, it's better not to give up on anything.'"

Her works will surely give us the courage to "believe in our own potential and never give up."
