Sanae Sasaki

A Minoyaki plate of a versatile size, perfect for salads and desserts.

Crafted with care using techniques passed down in the Tono region of Gifu Prefecture, the smooth, understated white surface beautifully showcases the artist's work.
We also focused on functionality, making it resistant to stains and odors, and microwave-safe.

Product Features

■ For serving or dessert plates
A plate with a diameter of approximately 16cm, perfect for salads, desserts, or as an individual serving plate. If you collect the entire set with the large plate, you can beautifully arrange a full course of dishes from appetizers to main courses.

■ Minoyaki white to enhance your dishes and art
Finished with a smooth, subdued white surface through reduction firing, slowly baked at a high temperature of approximately 1,300℃. The translucent white porcelain and art enhance the colors of your dining table.

■ Art transferred by hand by artisans, one piece at a time
The art is carefully transferred by hand by artisans and then fired at high temperatures. By pairing it with a mug or large plate from the same series, you can create a unified look for your dining table.

注意事項 ・Microwave use: Possible
・Dishwasher use: Possible, but we recommend hand washing with a soft sponge, as continuous use over many years will accelerate the degradation of the printed areas.
・Oven or direct flame: Not permitted. ・Heat resistance information: In the ceramic and glass industry, we indicate "thermal shock resistance" rather than "heat resistance temperature."
Most heat-induced damage is caused by "rapid heating/rapid cooling," which results from temperature differences. The thermal shock resistance of ceramic products is 120 degrees Celsius.
