How to receive your gift card

[Instructions]

1. Scan the QR code on your card to access this page.
2. Click "Add to Cart" and proceed to the checkout page.
3. Enter the 14-digit alphanumeric "activation code" printed on your card to obtain the gift card for ¥0.
4. You will receive an email confirming your gift card issuance.*Please do not delete this email (it is needed to check your balance).

How to use your gift card

■ For use in the online store:
Enter the "gift code" from the email at the checkout screen. Your balance can be checked from the initial email you received.

■ For use in store:
Show the QR code on the email screen at the register. Staff will scan the QR code and apply it to your payment.

Notes

• Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of issue.
• Balances can be used in increments of ¥1,000.
• You can check your balance from the initial email you received.
• Gift cards cannot be reissued, so please keep your email safe.
