How to receive your gift card

[Steps]

1. Scan the QR code on your card to access this page.
2. Click "Add to Cart" and proceed to the checkout screen.
3. Enter the "Activation Code" (14 alphanumeric characters) on your card to obtain a gift card for 0 yen.
4. You will receive an email confirming your gift card has been issued.*Do not delete this email (it is required to check your balance).

How to use your gift card

■ For use in the online store:
Enter the "gift code" from the email on the checkout screen. You can check your balance from the initial email you received.

■ For use in stores:
Show the QR code on your email screen at the register. Staff will scan the QR code and apply it to your payment.

Notes

• Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of issue.
• Balances can be used in increments of 1,000 yen.
• You can check your balance from the initial email you received.
• Gift cards cannot be reissued, so please keep your email safe.
