The original blend, also served at the café in the "ISAI PARK" flagship store at Morioka Kawatoku Department Store, is characterized by its unique yet universally appealing and easy-to-drink flavor. With "diversity" as its theme, it uses various beans from Bolivia and Ethiopia, focusing on an exquisite balance of moderate bitterness, acidity, and sweetness that can be enjoyed morning or night.

■ About Nagasawa COFFEE

A coffee shop in Morioka, Iwate Prefecture, that consistently handles everything from sourcing green coffee beans to roasting, brewing, and serving. Kazuhiro Nagasawa, the owner of Nagasawa COFFEE, was selected as one of the "The Sprudge Twenty" in 2019 by "SPRUDGE," a global coffee media, for "changing the world through coffee work."

■ Nagasawa COFFEE and HERALBONY's History

In a 2023 collaboration, limited edition drip bags were released, featuring art by four HERALBONY contracted artists, coloring the "KEEP SMILE BLEND" which was born from the desire to easily provide coffee in evacuation shelters after the Great East Japan Earthquake. By adding HERALBONY's art, we aimed to create a sense of healing and comfort, delivering enriching moments to everyone. Since then, we have continued to take on new challenges together, based in Morioka, Iwate Prefecture.
