■Thoughts on the Collaboration
This initiative is not just about product creation; it also aims to promote the culture rooted in the Iwate region and to convey the charm of Nambu ironware nationwide.

Through repeated trial and error and exploration, the combination of the Nambu ironware body and a ceramic lid has shaped the fusion of traditional craft and art. A new Nambu ironware piece has been born, possessing both design and functional beauty, where the delicate handiwork of artisans resonates with the energetic expressions of artists.

■Featured Art
We have featured "Small Apple," an artwork newly drawn by Nozomi Fujita for this collaboration.
Also featured is "Green Landscape," an artwork by Kaoru Iga that evokes the lush green scenery of Morioka.
And "(Untitled) (Blue)," an artwork by Midori Kudo, a native of Iwate Prefecture, has been selected.

■Limited Edition Items Commemorating the Collaboration
To commemorate this initiative and to show respect to Suzuki Morihisa Studio, which will celebrate its 400th anniversary in 2025, we have produced limited edition T-shirts and sweatshirts featuring the newly drawn art by Nozomi Fujita.

■About Suzuki Morihisa Studio
It is a long-established Nambu ironware company with a 400-year history in Morioka, a castle town where the Nambu clan (Iwate Prefecture) built their castle during the Edo period. The Suzuki family has served as official casters for the clan since Kan'ei 2 (1625), when they were recruited from Kai Province, the Nambu clan's home province. They continue to produce Nambu ironware today, inheriting traditional techniques.
