Lease Period

・As a general rule, please return items within one week.
・If an extension is required due to filming schedules, etc., please consult us in advance.

Return Method

・As a general rule, please return items directly to a HERALBONY store.
・If you are unable to visit a store, please return by mail with shipping costs prepaid (at your expense).
・Cleaning is not required upon return.

Important Notes

・If dirt, damage, or loss of items is confirmed, we may charge for the item's cost.
・From the perspective of maintaining brand value, we may decline leases depending on the content of the media.
・We do not accept private use (personal photography, hobby use, etc.).
・This service is limited to commercial and corporate use.
