In response to such requests, we hope to make it easier for you to experience art.
We have started a try-on service that allows you to try on products at home before deciding to purchase.

*Currently, only certain apparel products are eligible, but we plan to expand the eligible products in the near future.

You can try it on at home before deciding to buy.

In such cases, you can check the product at home before deciding to purchase.

If you select "Try on at home," you will not be charged for the product for 10 days after delivery. After the product arrives, you can carefully consider whether to purchase it or not.

* Regardless of whether you purchase or cancel your order, you will be responsible for the shipping costs for the product.
*Please note that when using the "Try on at home" service, payment can only be made by credit card.

Even when you're unsure about size or art.

・I'm not sure whether to buy the medium or large size. ・I'm not sure which of the two pieces of art looks best on me.

In such cases, please purchase multiple sizes or multiple pieces of art and try them on at home.

You can try them out in your home and keep the size or art you like best and return the rest.

As with the regular return policy, the following items cannot be returned and will be purchased. Please be aware of this.

  • If the item has been used for any purpose other than trying it on, or if there are signs of such use.
  • Products that have been soiled or damaged by the customer
  • If the product tag, product box, instruction manual, or other accessories are soiled, damaged, lost, or discarded
  • Products that have been repaired, cleaned, washed, etc. after delivery
  • If the return deadline has passed

Please note that regardless of whether you purchase or cancel, the shipping fee for sending the items to be tried on from our company (which will only be charged if the purchase amount is less than 15,000 yen) will be borne by the customer.

*When using the "Try on at home" service, the only payment method available is credit card.

Applicable products: Shirts/blouses/cut and sewn tops/skirts/pants/dresses

1. Select the "Try on at home" button on the product page.
②Go to the cart screen and press the "Proceed to payment" button.
③ On the payment screen, make sure the item you want to try on is listed as "0 yen" and enter your shipping address and payment information. ④ The item will be delivered to your home. Please try it on within the trial period (10 days from the date of delivery).
If you have any items you wish to return, please apply here within the trial period.
・If you purchase the product as is, the payment will proceed automatically, so no action is required on your part.

Please apply for a return here within 7 days of receiving the product.

If you do not request an item, it will automatically be purchased (credit card payment). You can also request an item from the Try-on Service information email or the User Guide.

Once the 7-day trial period has ended, payment will be automatically processed for any items that have been purchased (and for which no return request has been submitted). Payment will not be processed for any returned items.
