How to receive your gift card

【Steps】

1. Scan the QR code on your card to access this page.
2. Click "Add to Cart" and proceed to the payment screen.
3. Enter the "Activation Code" (14 alphanumeric characters) on your card to obtain the gift card for ¥0.
4. You will receive an email confirming your gift card has been issued.* Please do not delete this email (it is necessary for checking your balance).

How to use your gift card

■ For online store use:
Enter the "Gift Code" from the email on the payment screen. You can check your balance from the initial email you received.

■ For in-store use:
Present the QR code in the email on your screen at the register. Our staff will scan the QR code and apply it to your payment.

Notes

• The gift card is valid for one year from the date of issue.
• Balances can be used in increments of ¥1,000.
• You can check your balance from the initial email you received.
• Gift cards cannot be reissued, so please keep your email safe.
