About product delivery
Shipping for regular products
Normally within 3 business days after your order is completed We will arrange for shipping. Orders placed before 11:00AM can be shipped on the same day, and orders placed after 11:00AM can be shipped the next day.
When placing an order, you can specify the delivery date and time (you can specify a date at least 3 business days after the order. Please note that delivery may be delayed due to unavoidable circumstances such as weather.)
If you would like your order shipped as soon as possible, please purchase without specifying a date.
*Please note that we cannot guarantee same-day shipping due to warehouse and delivery company conditions.
*If you use convenience store payment, your order will be confirmed after the payment is completed at the convenience store.
*If you order via e-Gift, the item will be delivered within the number of days listed above, starting from the date the recipient registers their address.
*There may be some exceptions, such as during the New Year holiday period. Please order well in advance before the New Year holiday period or Golden Week.

*International shipping is not eligible and will cost a flat rate of 3,000 yen (tax included).
