Shipping for Standard Items

For standard items:
・Orders placed by 11:00 AM can be shipped on the same day at the earliest (excluding Sundays)
・Orders placed after 11:00 AM can be shipped on the next day at the earliest(excluding Saturdays)

If you wish for the fastest possible shipping, please purchase without specifying a delivery date.

*Due to product stock and warehouse conditions, the "fastest" shipping mentioned above is not guaranteed.
In such cases, shipping arrangements will be made within 3 business days from the next business day after your order is completed. We appreciate your understanding.

You can also specify the delivery date and time when placing your order (excluding mail-in post items).
You can specify a date three business days or more after your order. Please note that delivery may be delayed due to unavoidable circumstances such as weather.

*Please understand that same-day shipping cannot be guaranteed due to warehouse conditions or the courier's situation.
*If you choose convenience store payment, your order will be confirmed only after the payment is completed.
*If you order via e-gift, delivery will be made within the above-mentioned number of days, starting from the date the recipient registers their address.

Shipping for Pre-order Items and Food

For pre-order items (such as apparel) and other items shipped from external warehouses (such as food and sake), shipping will be on the schedule stated on the product page. Please note that we cannot accept specific delivery dates and times.

Shipping for Smartphone Cases

As these are made-to-order items, it takes approximately two weeks from purchase to shipping. Please note that we cannot accept specific delivery dates and times. In cases where there is a sudden rush of orders, delivery times may be subject to change.

Shipping for Interior Art

It takes approximately 7 business days (business days are Monday-Friday *excluding holidays) from purchase to shipping. Please note that we cannot accept specific delivery dates and times. In cases where there is a sudden rush of orders, delivery times may be subject to change.

Shipping for Original Artworks

・For artworks exhibited in galleries, delivery takes approximately one month after the exhibition period ends.
・For artworks not currently on exhibition, delivery takes approximately one month after purchase.
Please allow this time for delivery.

To ensure the careful delivery of original artworks, please understand that time is required for processes such as framing.

We will contact you as soon as the estimated delivery date is known.
If you have a preferred delivery date and time, please include it in the remarks section when purchasing, or reply to our contact message when we reach out to you.

Free shipping for purchases of 15,000 yen (tax included) or more

Mail-in post items: 385 yen nationwide (tax included)
Applicable items: Handkerchiefs / Towel handkerchiefs / Coasters / Sub-bags

*If gift wrapping is included, multiple items are purchased, or purchased along with other products, the standard shipping fee of 700 yen will apply. Conditions vary by product, so please check the actual shipping cost on the cart screen.
